This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, submitting a form, placing an order in our online store, or otherwise interacting with us online, you agree to the practices described below.

Private event / venue rental inquiries: name, contact details, preferred location, event date, guest count, and event details.
Online store orders (Two Buck Saloon merchandise): name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, order history, and payment details (processed by our third-party payment processor — see Section 3; we do not store full card numbers).
Newsletter, specials, or event list sign-ups: name, email address, and/or phone number, and your marketing preferences.
Careers or staff inquiries submitted through the Site: name, contact details, and any information you choose to include (e.g.,resume, availability, experience).
Any other information you voluntarily submit through a form, chat feature, or booking widget on the Site.

4. Online Store & Payment Information
Our online store is operated through the Duda eCommerce platform. When you place an order:
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number.
Order, shipping, and billing information is retained to fulfill your order, handle returns/exchanges, and comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Order and inventory data may be accessible to authorized Two Buck Saloon staff and our website/marketing service provider for order fulfillment and support purposes only.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
Service providers who help us operate the Site and business, including our website hosting/eCommerce platform (Duda), payment processor, email/SMS marketing platform, and our digital marketing agency, who are contractually restricted from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us.
Analytics and advertising partners (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), who receive limited technical and interaction data as described in Section 2, subject to their own privacy policies.
Legal and safety purposes, if required to comply with a law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Two Buck Saloon, our guests, or others.
Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, recordkeeping, tax/accounting compliance, and marketing preference management, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails/texts at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing twobuckmonroe@gmail.com.
Cookie controls: Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use the Site's cookie consent tool if available.
Ad personalization opt-out: You may opt out of interest-based advertising through Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.
Access, correction, or deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing infotwobuck@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
California residents: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies to our business, California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information using the contact method above, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Site and our online store are intended for adults (21+, consistent with our bar/venue operations) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
